Mission Statement
Kansas SpinTech is a non-profit softball organization emphasizing the development of committed ball players in the greater Wichita area. The program’s goal is to teach correct fundamentals and advanced skills, preparing players for college softball. The organization strives for a safe, competitive, knowledgeable environment through a caring coaching staff. The organization believes in creating a cohesive supporting atmosphere that fosters maximal growth in all corners of life, both on and off the field.

Victory matters, but not more than sportsmanship, respect, and doing what’s right. We reject the “win at all costs” mentality and instead promote a culture where competitive excellence is matched by ethical behavior.
